虹色の賛歌

オデッタという歌手がいた。
１９６０年代に活躍した、
フォーク、ブルース系のシンガーで、
彼女が１９６３年に出したアルバム、
[Odetta sings Folk Songs album ]、
の中の、"Anthem of the Rajnbow"
という曲がとても気にいっていた。

イメージで勝手に、日本語の歌詞をつくった。

草は緑でも　遠い戦場　若者の流す涙は知らない

草は紫なら　若者のゆく戦場の空は何色だろう

花模様の服も　今は黒い服　帰り来る日までこの窓は閉めない

けしの花はオレンジ　バラの花は赤　愛する男は戦いに散った

金色の川　銀色の雨　愛する男はもう帰らない

１０月の落ち葉茶色に変わる　他国に眠りもう一年経った

英語に堪能な人からみれば噴飯ものであるが、
イメージソングということでご容赦を願います。

その上、厚かましくも自分で歌ってみました。
